About the role

As a lawyer with us, you will work as a legal representative for individuals with disabilities. The legislation primarily involved is the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and SFB (Act on Financial Support for Certain Living Expenses), although other legal areas may also be included. In this role, you need to be a good communicator and comfortable formulating yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. In collaboration with colleagues across the country, you will also train our staff and assistants and, as needed, participate in various fairs and events.

In this role, you are responsible for planning and structuring your own workday with support and guidance from the group leader of the legal function. You will report to the Head of Quality and Legal.

For this role, we are looking for a lawyer who is willing to learn everything about personal assistance. If you have prior experience working as a lawyer at another assistance company, we view this as very positive.

Responsibilities

• Qualified legal work, primarily as a legal representative for individuals with disabilities
• Represent and assist our customers in contacts with municipalities and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
• Participate in investigations with authorities and court processes in administrative courts as a key link between our customer and the authority

About you

As a person, you are trustworthy and have an easy time building good relationships. You enjoy working independently while also having strong collaboration skills. Working in a structured, meticulous, and solution-focused manner at a high pace is something you are accustomed to and prefer. You always have the desire to help others, and at our company, we work together to develop into the best lawyers in Sweden within the field of personal assistance.

Qualifications

• Law degree from university/college or equivalent (Jur. Cand.)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Category B driver's license, travel is part of the role

Merits

• Experience with litigation in administrative courts
• Administrative work within the healthcare and social care sector
• Additional language skills
• Leadership training

The position is based at our office in Danderyd, Stockholm.

The position is full-time and permanent, with a 6-month probation period.
